Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer

I'm Hassan Maher

A 2026 graduate in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Zagazig University, focused on Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps Engineering.

I have hands-on experience with AWS, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD, GitOps, and CI/CD pipelines, along with monitoring and infrastructure automation practices. I'm passionate about automation and about eliminating repetitive manual work through Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and container orchestration. My focus is on building scalable, automated, and reliable cloud environments that are ready for real-world, production-oriented use.

About Me

I'm an Electronics and Communications Engineering graduate from Zagazig University, graduated in 2026. My primary focus is Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps Engineering, with hands-on experience across AWS cloud infrastructure, Linux administration, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Ansible, CI/CD, GitOps, monitoring, and infrastructure automation. I enjoy automating repetitive tasks and building systems that are scalable, reliable, repeatable, and easier to operate. I learn primarily through practical projects and real-world implementation, and my background in Electronics and Communications Engineering and networking gives me a strong foundation for understanding infrastructure, systems, and communication technologies.

Skills & Focus Areas

My GitHub profile highlights a strong DevOps learning path built around practical deployment and automation work.

Cloud & Infrastructure

AWS EC2, EBS, S3, VPC, EKS, RDS, infrastructure provisioning, and environment setup for real deployment scenarios.

Automation & DevOps

Terraform, Ansible roles and playbooks, Jenkins pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, GitOps, and repeatable deployment workflows.

Featured Projects

These projects reflect the kind of work I'm actively building in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, and automation.

Smart Farm Net (Graduation Project) | Cloud-Native IoT & AI Platform

A cloud-native IoT and AI platform for smart farming, featuring real-time sensor data processing and AI-powered plant disease detection. Built on AWS with EKS, RDS PostgreSQL, and Terraform, and deployed through Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, and ArgoCD with Nginx Ingress and AWS ACM. Backend services are built with Python Flask and the client with Flutter, using a microservices architecture and GitOps-based CI/CD workflow to support scalable and highly available deployments.

Intelligent Traffic System (DEPI Graduation Project) | End-to-End GitOps Pipeline

An intelligent traffic monitoring platform built around an end-to-end GitOps and CI/CD workflow. Deployed on AWS EKS and EC2 behind AWS Load Balancers, with Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, and ArgoCD driving the deployment pipeline, Prometheus and Grafana providing observability, and Nginx Ingress routing traffic to a Python Flask backend for real-time traffic data visualization.
